Light touch to stimulate the healthy lymphatic system
Total body, light touch lymphatic drainage. Manual lymphatic drainage is a good way to stimulate and decongest the lymphatic system promoting healthy flow and management of the lymph system. This technique can promote filtration and reabsorption speed allowing for the lymph system to work properly. It can also provide relaxation, relieve swelling, lower inflammation, and infection rates.
